Clopidogrel is an oral Anti-platelet drug. It is under the classification of 'Purinergic Receptor Antagonists'.

Uses / Indications:

This drug is used to prevent heart attacks and stroke, in people who are at high risk of these events including those who have a history of myocardial infarction and other forms of acute coronary syndrome, stroke and those with peripheral artery disease. This drug is recommended to be used with a proper diet and exercise regularly, possibly with other medications.
